bio: Sheeba's father is Romany (gypsy) and her mother Japanese, giving her a distinctive look from the start.
At fifteen, she moved to Oceanview when her father took a new job... making her the new girl in town and the last member of the group. Her family's apartment (in the same building as Danny's) faces the street that the Emerys, Morays and Link live on, and she became intrigued with Link from the first time she saw him out her window.
When school started, she found herself quickly swept into the group. She was reserved and shy, but quickly shed her shell and flourished in the face of so many other distinct individuals.
In the face of Link's initial rejection of their romantic possibilities, Sheeba had a brief relationship that turned somewhat abusive, but otherwise stayed persistent in her intentions towards Link.
As a person, Sheeba's quirky and lots of fun...she kind of helps tie the group together, much like Link does, though she sometimes wonders if she really has a place in the already very tightly knit group. In actuality, she probably hangs out alone with Link or with the guys more than she hangs out with the girls, but she gets along with all of them as a whole or individually probably better than anyone but Link, himself.

Sheeba's a student of various forms of martial arts and fairly advanced for her age. This works well in conjunction with the natural abilities passed down from her father's, gypsy, side.
Stories of black gypsy magic were exaggerated, but not wholely untrue as Sheeba inherited limited short term predictive ability. Though until mastered it's actually barely above an instinctive level, it gives her an edge in combat and mimicks super-reflexes. Theoretically, the ability also allows her to properly use crystals, tarot and even voodoo dolls.
In addition, she possesses a very limited ability to tweak the future she sees. An ability which explains the myths of curses from angered gypsy clan members.
