Lori is simply the most wonderful friend! I was on the verge of having a breakdown by the end of my Spring '02 semester of classes and my nerves were completely shot. The last few days it just seemed like I was never going to make it and on top of finals and final papers and regular work, I was weeks behind on some really important projects (thank goodness my teacher was especially lenient). Right when I needed *anything* to keep me going, Lori made me this especially insightful and wonderful picture!
That's my boy Link, completely frazzled over trying to do my Statistics homework. I love the little touches like the numbers on his shirt...and I know you probably can't read most of the writing on the text, but it all plays off of my various rants! I *love* it. The other characters present, from left to right, are (© 2002 Lori Sammy), Skid (© 2002 Tracie Mauk), and Jynx (© 2002 Melanie Weaver-Anderson) - the characters of all my pals - and are trying their best to get Link & me through that hellish week ;)
